First of all, Happy New Year! I have made some new year goals, not resolutions. Others' have made resolutions, and while I have problems I would like to resolve, "goals" seem more measurable. I have made it a goal to live a healthier lifestyle. I have made small steps thus far, such as not getting takeout on my way home from school, even though I am morbidly hungry. I have also made it a goal to spend less money. Forbidding eating takeout is a step toward this goal as well. Hopefully, others are making solid steps toward their goals as well.
I have recently started my core classes in my Physical Therapy Assistant program. I have had the chance to meet some great people, and I am hoping that we will all continue to grow together. I am a little concerned with the curriculum, though. I have never had to work that hard in school and my classes now, and upcoming, are going to require more effort I'm afraid. So, I will have to become more motivated. I do have to say that the instructors are quite nice, and funny. They make the classes seem so easy, probably because they know all of it already. It has been hard to work three days a week, if not more. And it looks as if it will only get harder to work and go to school. I live at home with my parents as of this moment, which is saving me a lot of money I do not have, so I guess I don't have to worry too much about working.
One more thing, I have been reading other bloggers blogs, and I am quite jealous at the way they blog. I wish I could acquire some blogging skills. So bear with me, I hope to grow in the world of blogging as well. Any suggestions from those who are reading this?
